   Week: 6 nights/7 days

   Security deposit: $200.00 refundable security deposit mailed the week
   after your depature.

   Cleaning & water fee: $79.00

   Extra person: $100.00 weekly, upon approval.

   Pets : Only upon approval + extra pet fee of $100.00

   Payment method: Money order or cashier's check sent via:
                               Federal Express or UPS

Deposits are non-refundable, and there is a non-cancellation policy.
