This home is 2,500 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms,
cathedral ceilings in the "great" room, separate family room with large, spacious kitchen,
3 decks, fireplace, central heating, cable TV and stereo, off-street parking, newly decorated and remodeled,
beachfront patio and firepit, atrium with inner courtyard and BBQ
linens and towels provided, sleeps 8 people.
$1,300-$1,400/week (6 nights/7 days), or $220-$235/night (3-night minimum),
depending on the number of people. The off-season rates, except for holidays,
will be $1,050-$1,200/week (6 nights/7 days), or $175-$200/night (3-night minimum),
depending on the number of people.
Also, there is a guest house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths,
available for rent on the premises for $100.00 a night,
sleeps 4-5 people, with a tiled roof deck, cable TV,
nicely furnished, kitchen, and off-street parking.
