T his This Beachfront, newly remodeled vacation home has lots of special features. The expansive 2,500 sq.ft. home is on the sand, 50 ft. from the water, and has ocean views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master suite. All 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms – 3 in total – and this home is loaded with extras, such as video games, 3 patios, 2 TV’s and VCR’s, video library, Beachfront patio with firepit, brand new kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, linens and towels provided as well.
Winter rate (except holidays) is $175.00-$200.00 a night (3-night minimum),
or $1,050.00-$1,200.00 a week (6 nights/7 days).
Summer rate is $235.00 a night (3-night minimum),
or $1,300.00-$1,400.00 a week (6 nights/7 days), depending on the number of people.
